💰 PRICING & PAYMENT
✦ Quotes: All prices are given on a per-project basis, depending on complexity (characters, backgrounds, props, etc.).✦ Payment Method: All payments are handled exclusively through PayPal.✦ Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and begin the initial sketch.✦ Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval and before the high-resolution file is delivered.

🔄 Commission Process & Revisions
✦Request & Quote: Send your idea, references, and desired canvas size. I will provide a quote and estimated timeline.✦50% Deposit: Payment is confirmed, and I queue your commission.✦Sketch Approval: I will send a rough sketch for your review. This stage includes revisions at no extra cost.✦ Note: Major changes (e.g., changing the pose or subject matter) requested after the sketch is approved may still incur a fee.✦Completion & Final Approval: I proceed with line art, coloring, and rendering. I will send a watermarked image for final review (minor color/detail tweaks only).✦Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is paid.✦Delivery: The final high-resolution, unwatermarked file is delivered.
📜 Terms of Service (TOS)
✦ Turnaround: Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. You will be informed if my queue or complexity requires more time.✦ Use: Commissions are for Personal Use Only (avatars, profiles, private printing). Commercial rights must be discussed and purchased separately.✦ Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the sketch has begun. No refunds are available once the final coloring/rendering stage is underway.✦Prohibited Uses:Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
